Comprehensive Nursing

Our services are administered by an expert staff of compassionate professionals. As our team collaborates for the best possible goals our nursing department provides excellent care combined with dignity for our residents. Professionally staffed around the clock, we give your loved one comfort and specialized care.



Rehabilitation

Our healthcare team of primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists create a customized program appropriate for individuals who need traditional short-term rehabilitation and/or psychiatric rehabilitation. Our goal-oriented therapy is offered to residents 7 days a week!



Long-Term Care

We stive to provide the level of care expected of a caring and quality facility. Residents will be involved in therapy as prescribed by their physician as well as immersed in daily activities to stimulate their social and emotional well-being. We want our residents to live in a comfortable, home-like environment while receiving therapies and clinical care from our compassionate staff.



Sub-Acute Care

Tri-State Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center are pleased to provide a sub-acute care program for residents recently released from the hospital. We are able to treat residents, in whatever state they may be in, from recently discharged from a hospital to medically fragile. Our goal is to help our residents in the recuperation process while helping them achieve their maximum capabilities to return home as quickly as possible.



Wound Care

Tri-State’s Accelerated Wound Care Program offers each resident access to state-of-the-art inpatient clinical wound care management. We specialize in advanced wound care using a variety of outcome-based clinical treatments and therapies to treat all types of wounds. Our holistic approach to wound care enjoys a greater success rate in facilitating and accelerating the healing process.



Respite Stays

Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or a much-needed vacation — our Respite Care can give you the relief you need. Even if you’re staying with us for your own rehabilitation, you can trust our staff to provide personalized attention and comfort — while you take care of yourself.
