Tri-State’s Accelerated Wound Care Program offers each resident access to state-of-art inpatient clinical wound care management. We specialize in advanced wound care using a variety of outcome-based clinical treatments and therapies to treat all types of wounds. Our holistic approach to wound care enjoys a greater success rate in facilitating and accelerating the healing process.
Our program provides an environment where short and long term residents are provided quality services for a speedy recovery and return home.

Dedicated Professionals
Tri-State is fortunate to have on staff Dr. Melissa Bray, M.D., who is a Certified Vohra Wound Care Physician with a specialty focus on geriatric wound care in the Long Term Care field. Dr. Bray obtained her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed her residency at Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation. She has been helping her patients heal for over 10 years, and specializing in wounds was a passion for her. Dr. Bray utilizes her time encouraging continuous learning by providing educational lectures on current outcome-based – best practices on wound care strategies as well as training new Vohra Wound Physicians.
